Our Process

Your first step is to fill in our enquiry form. We will then get back to you as soon as possible either with a quick quote or to arrange a consultation.

Consultations can take place over the phone, via video call, or in person, whichever is easiest for you. If for any reason you’d rather not have a consultation call, that’s no problem, we can discuss the details via email or WhatsApp instead.

During the consultation we will discuss your wedding plans and preferences such as colour schemes and flower types, as well as the overall style you wish to achieve.

Following the consultation, we will send you a design proposal and full quote. If you decide you would like to proceed with Meadow Lane for your wedding flowers, we require a 10% deposit to secure your date.

A few weeks before your wedding date, we will be back in touch to finalise the plans for your wedding. In some cases, it can be helpful for us to meet at your wedding venue, particularly if you are having any large floral installations. Tweaks can usually be made to the designs up until 4 weeks before the date of your wedding, at which point payment of the remaining balance will be due.
